Title: All my lovin'
Rating: PG (for implied slash)
Genre: Angst-esque, songfic
Fandom: Harry Potter
Pairing: Remus/Sirius
Disclaimer: I own nothing. Oh, you think I'm kidding...? No, really, I own nothing.

“
Close your eyes and I'll kiss you
Tomorrow I'll miss you
Remember I'll always be true
And then while I'm away
I'll write home every day
And I'll send all my loving to you...”
“Sirius, you're being silly...” Remus said, trying to push away from the other man's death grip. Sirius had his arms wrapped around the lycans waist, holding him close. Their bodies pressed together in intimate ways and Remus was trying hard not to blush just from the thought of it.
“
I'll pretend that I'm kissing
The lips I am missing
And hope that my dreams will come true
And then while I'm away
I'll write home every day
And I'll send all my loving to you...”
He really did love the Beatles. All their music. Sirius knew this and he was exploiting Remus' weakness. Remus couldn't help but smile as he listened to the other man sing. He was melting, giving in. His hands came to rest gently on Sirius' chest but forgot to push him away.
“
All my loving I will send to you
All my loving, darling I'll be true...”
Remus began to sing now, joining in with Sirius at the chorus. This brought the dark haired man no endless amount of enjoyment. He beamed brightly, falling quiet, just listening to Remus sing. He could listen to that voice for all eternity.
“
Close your eyes and I'll kiss you
Tomorrow I'll miss you
Remember I'll always be true
And then while I'm away
I'll write home every day
And I'll send all my loving to you...”
Happier times. That song always reminded him of when they were all so young, completely carefree. Before the war. Before James and Lily were murdered. Before... No, he couldn't think about that. His Sirius, the man he'd fallen in love with, the man he'd shared so much with couldn't have done that. Somewhere, deep down, Remus had never truly believed that the animagus had betrayed them all. He'd never really latched on to the idea that his lover was the reason their best friends were all dead. That Sirius had killed Peter, that he was a spy for the Dark Lord all the time.
That wasn't the man he loved. His Sirius would never have fallen so far. But, what he thought mattered little. He was still alone. The last Marauder. Sure Sirius was alive, but was being locked up in Azkaban really called living? Remus didn't think so.
As he sat alone, staring out the window of the same flat he and Sirius had shared so many years ago, the words returned to him. He sighed heavily, head in his hands, and softly hummed the tune.
“
All my loving I will send to you
All my loving, darling I'll be true
All my loving, all my loving ooh
All my loving I will send to you.”
